The service
Takewell is a medication reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Treatment decisions must always be made together with your doctor or pharmacist. Reminders depend on your device settings (notification permissions, battery optimisation) and may not be delivered in every situation — please do not rely on the app as the only safeguard for critical medication.
Subscription
- Full access — creating and editing medication courses, medications and appointments, and receiving reminders — requires a subscription purchased through Google Play.
- Two plans are offered: monthly and yearly. New subscribers get a free first month. The exact price and currency are always shown in the app and in Google Play before you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
- You can cancel at any time in your Google Play subscription settings. Access remains until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling a free trial before it ends means no charge.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies.
- Without an active subscription the app stays in view mode: your data remains visible and you can still mark doses as taken or missed, but adding and editing entries and scheduled reminders are switched off.
Your data
Your data is stored locally on your device; the optional cloud backup is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manalu Apps is not liable for damages arising from missed reminders, data loss, or use of the app contrary to its intended purpose. These terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

Про застосунок
Takewell — інструмент для нагадувань про прийом ліків та ведення обліку. Він не є медичним виробом і не надає медичних порад. Рішення щодо лікування завжди ухвалюйте разом із лікарем або фармацевтом. Нагадування залежать від налаштувань вашого телефона (дозвіл на сповіщення, оптимізація батареї) і можуть спрацювати не в усіх ситуаціях — не покладайтеся на застосунок як на єдиний засіб контролю для критично важливих ліків.
Підписка
- Повний доступ — створення й редагування курсів, ліків і візитів, а також нагадування — потребує підписки, оформленої через Google Play.
- Доступні два плани: місячний і річний. Для нових підписників перший місяць безкоштовний. Точну ціну й валюту завжди показано в застосунку та в Google Play до підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка продовжується автоматично, якщо її не скасувати щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Кошти списуються з вашого акаунта Google Play при підтвердженні покупки та при кожному продовженні.
- Скасувати можна будь-коли в налаштуваннях підписок Google Play. Доступ зберігається до кінця вже оплаченого періоду. Якщо скасувати безкоштовний пробний період до його завершення, кошти не списуються.
- Повернення коштів відбувається відповідно до правил Google Play.
- Без активної підписки застосунок працює в режимі перегляду: ваші дані лишаються видимими, прийоми можна позначати як прийняті чи пропущені, але додавання й редагування записів та заплановані нагадування вимикаються.
Ваші дані
Дані зберігаються локально на вашому пристрої; необов'язкову хмарну резервну копію описано в Політиці конфіденційності. Ви відповідаєте за правильність введеної інформації.
Відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є». У межах, дозволених законом, Manalu Apps не несе відповідальності за шкоду, спричинену пропущеними нагадуваннями, втратою даних або використанням застосунку не за призначенням. Ці умови не обмежують ваших обов'язкових прав споживача за законодавством країни вашого проживання.
