Delete it yourself, in the app (immediate)

If you still have Takewell installed, this is the fastest way — deletion happens straight away, without contacting anyone:

Open the Profile tab.
In the Account and backup section, tap “Delete account and cloud data” and confirm.
To remove only the backup and keep your account, tap “Delete cloud backup” instead.

If you have already uninstalled the app, send an e-mail from the Google address you signed in with:

manalu.app@gmail.com

Put “Delete my Takewell account” in the subject line. We complete the deletion within 30 days. You may also ask us to delete only your cloud backup and keep the account — just say so in the e-mail.

What gets deleted

Your account — the e-mail address and account identifier held by Firebase Authentication.
Your cloud backup — medications, schedules, intake history, notes, doctor appointments and family profiles stored in Cloud Firestore.

Deletion is permanent: once removed, this data cannot be restored by us or by you.

What stays on your device

Takewell keeps your data locally, and that copy is not affected by the request above. To remove it, simply uninstall the app — the local database is deleted together with it. You can do this at any time, with or without contacting us.

What we must keep

Records of subscription payments are held by Google Play as the seller, and are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. We cannot delete them, and they contain no health information. Our subscription-status records identify you only by a technical purchase identifier.

Видалити самостійно, у застосунку (одразу)

Якщо Takewell ще встановлений, це найшвидший спосіб — видалення відбувається негайно, без звернення до когось:

Відкрийте вкладку Профіль.
У розділі «Акаунт і резервна копія» натисніть «Видалити акаунт і хмарні дані» та підтвердьте.
Щоб прибрати лише копію, лишивши акаунт, натисніть «Видалити копію з хмари».

Якщо застосунок уже видалено, надішліть лист із тієї адреси Google, під якою ви входили:

manalu.app@gmail.com

У темі листа вкажіть «Видалити мій акаунт Takewell». Ми виконаємо видалення протягом 30 днів. Можна попросити видалити лише хмарну копію, лишивши акаунт, — просто зазначте це в листі.

Що буде видалено

Ваш акаунт — електронна адреса та ідентифікатор облікового запису, які зберігає Firebase Authentication.
Ваша хмарна копія — ліки, розклади, історія прийомів, нотатки, візити до лікаря та профілі членів сім'ї у Cloud Firestore.

Видалення остаточне: відновити ці дані не зможемо ні ми, ні ви.

Що лишається на вашому пристрої

Takewell зберігає дані локально, і цей запит їх не стосується. Щоб прибрати їх, просто видаліть застосунок — локальна база зникне разом із ним. Зробити це можна будь-коли, не звертаючись до нас.

Що ми зобов'язані зберегти

Записи про оплату підписки веде Google Play як продавець, і вони зберігаються стільки, скільки вимагає податкове та бухгалтерське законодавство. Видалити їх ми не можемо, і жодної інформації про здоров'я вони не містять. У наших записах про статус підписки ви позначені лише технічним ідентифікатором покупки.
